Acceptance and eligibility

By creating an account or using the portal, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have capacity to act for yourself or the named organisation, and accept these terms and the published privacy notices. If you do not agree, do not submit an application.

Account responsibilities

• Provide accurate, current and complete information.
• Keep your password confidential and use only your own account.
• Notify Project Grow promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
• Do not create duplicate accounts to influence a decision.
• Update incorrect contact, organisation or application information.

Applications are not finance offers

Registration, eligibility checks, recommendations, appraisals, portal statuses and generated acknowledgements do not by themselves create a loan, grant, guarantee, insurance policy or binding funding commitment. Only a duly authorised final document from the relevant institution can do so, and it may include conditions that must be satisfied.

Permitted and prohibited use

You may use the service only for lawful Project Grow purposes. You must not submit false, forged, harmful or unlawfully obtained material; impersonate another person; attempt to access another user’s record; interfere with security; upload malicious code; scrape confidential data; solicit unofficial payments; or use the service for an excluded activity.

Documents and authority

You retain responsibility for information and documents you submit and grant Project Grow permission to use them for the application, assessment, monitoring, audit and lawful project purposes described in the privacy notices. You confirm that you have authority to provide information about an organisation or another person.

Availability and changes

Project Grow may maintain, suspend or change the service to protect security, comply with law or improve delivery. Submitted records are protected through operational controls, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Keep original copies of important documents.

Third-party services

Links and hand-offs to banks, insurers, off-takers and other partners may be governed by their own terms and privacy notices. Project Grow does not control an independent partner’s systems or decisions.

Suspension and investigation

Access may be limited or suspended where there is a credible security, fraud, misuse or legal concern. Project Grow should document the reason, preserve relevant evidence and provide a fair review route where appropriate.
